Contractions in postpartum
So I know you’ll still have contractions in postpartum as your uterus shrinks back down. Mine typically haven’t been bad. But today...oh boy...they hurt 😩 my OB prescribed 800mg ibuprofen to take for pain every 8 hours but honestly I don’t think I can get up to take one 😭😂
