TTC 7dpo pains

Hi,

I’m very new to this and this is my first post. My husband and I have been TTC for almost 2 years now. On 28 Feb I had my HSG test which was normal. I was told by the nurse that this month would be a good month to try. I’m not sure if I have ovulated this month but have had bloods done today so should find out tomorrow or Monday. We have however BD every other day since the HSG.

If I have ovulated I will be 7dpo. The past couple of days I’ve had really sharp pains in my abdomen which are similar to the cramps I had after the HSG. They seem to have gone now though. I did a test today and yesterday both of which were BFN. Anyone had anything similar and gone on to get BFP?
