Ahhh!!! Kinda Freaking Out...

So, I did an at home test yesterday(used clearblue's digital test that also estimates how far along you are), and it said PREGNANT 1-2 weeks. I dont remember when my period was last month, but my fertile window was the last few days in May and first two of June, with the first as an ovulation day. My period calender says its due tomorrow. Is this home test accurate or is it a pretty good chance its accurate? I'm hoping to get into the dr after work on monday. Im just kinda worried(my first two children were surprises after home tests said negative just a couple days before the clinical test).
