Please help! Baby spitting up so much

Hi ladies my son is 6 months old. He has always had reflux so the dr recommended me putting rice cereal in his formula to help. I’ve been doing that since he was 2 months old and it has helped but never totally stopped the spit up. About a month ago I switched bottles to just the cheap brand from Walmart since he is getting older I figured it would be okay. He also started teething horribly around the same time. Lately he has been spitting up so much it is ounces. The dr said it is okay and he will grow out of it but it’s not okay I can’t even cuddle and play with him without his spitting up on both of us. I have to do a load of laundry every day. Idk what to do. I sit him up during feeds and after to. Is there any bottles you recommend? To help this or advice. It is sad to see his twin sister continue to get chubby and he just seems to maintain the same weight. He is 18 pounds and healthy but I feel like he’s loosing weight:( He is also on solids.
