Strip Clubs and Lying about it

I am currently trying to move past a flood of worries about getting married too young after last night. My husband and I are only 23 years old and got married this last August so not married long at all. He told me last night that for his 21st birthday my best friend and his brother took him to a strip club and although he says he didn't do anything he still lied about it for 2 years and I can't shake the feeling that we got married too young now. When we were dating I was pushy about getting married because we were highschool sweethearts and now I keep thinking I took away from a time of both of us having fun and being carefree in our 20s. I guess I'm looking for help to get these thoughts out of my head or if someone else is going through this and how they are dealing with it would help too.
