Maybe baby?

I never really do this but im trying not to get my hopes up but my husband and i have been trying to start our family and I’m not sure exactly when we maybe conceived i would have to say either around the 6th or earlier than that not quit sure I’ve been feeling lightly nauseous off and on during the whole day morning mid and night certain smells make me nauseous I’m peeing almost every 15 mins i mean it feels like if i hold it any longer I’m going to burst and i feel pressure in my lower abdomen and feel bloated. my boobs aren’t sore but are swollen and heavy. all this week off and on i had very light pink sticky discharge and now nothing.. i started taking prenatal a few days ago a just to be on the safe side.. I’ve tested 3 times all have been negative... my period is scheduled in 6 days i can’t talk to my husband about it just yet so i was hoping i could talk with y’all and hopefully any of y’all could relate Or give me advice and maybe going through or went through this? 🤞🏼🤞🏼👼🏼👨‍👩‍👧👪👶🏼
