How much should my ten month old be eating?

Should my baby be eating more Gerber? He’s 10 months old and eats one of the big ones every feeding but everyone says he should be having two of those, which I feel is way too much. Any advice will help, please!

Gerber baby food? Like puréed food? At 10 months my daughter was self feeding. She had close to 6 teeth and basically ate what we did in bite size amounts. 
If you’re still doing puréed food as well as breastfeeding/ formula you should follow your baby’s hunger cues. Like grabbing at the spoon, or pushing the spoon away. Crying for more. 
I would encourage self feeding now if you haven’t already. Your child should have a good understanding of the pincher reflex by now

Just feed them what you are eating.  If they are way with you they are getying enough.

Should be eating finger foods now. You can still be do purees too, but follow baby’s lead. If he eats a whole container quickly and looks like he wants more, give more. They’ll stop when they’re full.
