19 had horrible cramping since CD17 and still do and now spotting. Is that normal? I am just very confused never had this before

Can taking Tylenol (any medicine) result in miscarriage? I had brown spotting for 2 days last week and took med yesterday because I had fever. A friend miscarried because she had taken meds. Please advice!
