When’s the right time to say i love you?

So a lot of you know from previous posts im talking to a guy. I’ve known him since early May. We became friends, and are now more than that. I talk to this guy all day everyday, on top of working with him ( this to say i dont ever get tired of his butt). As of late i find myself almost saying it often, thankfully i catch myself. Im not sure if the feeling is reciprocated, im okay if it isn’t
