Hello fellow summer preggos! I'm 27 weeks along and just enjoyed my first (of many) dips in the pool!
But I was shocked to discover swimming wasn't quite as easy as i expected. Now my abs are super super sore, along with my hips and lower back. I'm thinking it's because of the new weight in my tummy pulling down (while swimming face down), and my ab muscles separating..?? Anyone else experience this? (I did walk to the gym/pool & back about 20 minutes each way... That may have affected my hips?)
