Am I pregnant

I’ve had pms symptoms though I don’t really notice my symptoms or tract them but I usually have lower back pain, and some cramps. This time before my period about a day or 2 I had lower back pain and major cramps the day before my period. Also my nipples have been sore, ONLY NIPPLES not my actual breats. But I’m supposed to start my period today and all I got was white creamy discharge a bit thicker and heavier but white and creamy. My period always starts in different times of the day should I wait?
