Never Ending Period!!

What the heck is wrong with me ?!! I made an appointment with my OB but i’m just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? My period stopped for 4 months & then i finally got it back & it was normal for the first one back, then the second one was lighter & now this one won’t stop!! It’s really light & I have some blood clots coming out as well. I’m really scared something is really wrong with me.
