Bumming about Follicle count

I had my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> Saturday , I only had one 19mm Follicle at trigger on Wednesday this is my first cycle <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. I was on femara 5 mg. I’m now getting super bummed that’s only 1 and it just won’t work. Feeling so down, need some encouragement.
