Bumming about Follicle count

I had my IUI Saturday , I only had one 19mm Follicle at trigger on Wednesday this is my first cycle IUI. I was on femara 5 mg. I’m now getting super bummed that’s only 1 and it just won’t work. Feeling so down, need some encouragement.
