Confused?

Hello! Please help!

I tested yesterday morning on both a clear blue ovulation test and an advanced clearblue ovulation test and both were negative. I tested last night and the clearblue was negative but the clearblue advanced was flashing. Tested again this morning and the clearblue was negative but the clearblue advanced was a solid smiley face. Do you think this is an accurate smiley face or has something gone wrong somewhere? Don’t want to getting hopes up but really hope it’s right?
