Please help!
So last year I had a ectopic pregnancy. We decided to try again and again and again and again. After 5 misscarages we finally had a pregnancy looking in the right direction ..... 11 weeks in and at our first ultra sound no heart beat. What do I do everything i have done to keep my hormones steady isn't working and that's the problem. My hormones go sky night and then drop. Help please
