could any one tell me why not to drink milk ??

could any one tell me why not to drink milk my last  appointment I got back my blood results  they told me that my blood is low and my blood sugar is high they told me if I drink milk my folic acid  and my iron tablets won't work am confused  because  my mom told me I could drink the milk and nun  won't happen because  milk is important  to the body ,so I don't know who advise  to take  could anyone  help me out here.

Calcium and iron will cancel each other out, so if you plan on drinking milk, drink your milk in the morning and take your iron supplements at night or vice versa. There's nothing wrong with milk, it's just that it'll stop you from absorbing your iron, and since you're anemic the iron is more important right now.

If I remember correctly, it‘s the supplemented D-vitamin in milk that interferes with medicine. So no dairy with any kind of medicine!
