Day 2 of my diet, Woke up late and got in my gym gear went the shop and bought some healthy food and then took my dog for a long walk using the couch to 5k app. It seems to be good, my dog needs to get used to running next to me. I am 19stone 8 weighed myself yesterday 😷😴😣 I had one weetabix and a banana for breakfast and I am having chicken salad wrap for lunch that i am making. I have tired my dog out finally! Anymore tips would be greatly appreciated.
