my doc did say to call her if I ever had pitting edema. I just worked 12 hours but am thinking I should still call...blast! I've been such a good patient and have never bothered her haha! I'm gonna call her regardless but what say you guys? Advice?

That is definitely pitting edema.  Better to call and find that it was just the hours on your feet.  Good patients call too 😊.  Good luck!

Talked to my doc about it. She said to get some sleep and as long as it goes down, not to worry. And luckily swelling did go down cause I've gotta work again tonight haha...this time with compression socks!!

Looking back, I wasn't on my feet anymore than usual but I know I didn't drink as much water as I usually do. And I didn't get a chance to elevate them at all. Gonna take much better care of myself tonight!

Mine swell like crazy, but haven't dented like that. I'll be keeping my eye on them from now on.
I'm on my feet all day too. Up they go after work!

Mine get like that after a long shift too. Putting your feet up and drinking plenty if water helps. Also maybe talking someone into rubbing them.

Oh wow! Yes definitely call. Just let them know you have it, that you have been elevating your feet but the symptoms are subsiding. Good luck dear!
