Back Pain
So we moved into my new house last night. I’m sure I did more than I should have. Well now my back is killing me. It’s like my whole lower back and I have a major pain at the top of my left butt cheek. It actually feels better standing up! Any tips for relief? Besides Tylenol, heating pad or hot bath? I’m 37 +1 weeks being induced Friday 🙌🏼
