I have very strict parents, so there ain’t a chance in a million years they’ll buy me one. I’m not  allowed to have pocket money or to leave my house besides for school, nor do I have a credit or debit card. And definitely no friends that are THAT close to me, hah. Any help? 😩

if you get any cash as gifts, you could put it on a prepaid card and use it online 
Some stores (like Spencer's) let you order to their store instead of mailing it at home so you could pick it up there while you're out with some friends and your parents would never know!
