Depo-provera

Okay so I got on the depo shot a month ago and I haven’t gotten my period since. I have been having sexual intercourse (of course) and he has been nutting inside. So a couple of days ago I have been getting abdominal pain. They weren’t cramps and they were different & now I have been spotting dark blood but is not a lot. Do you guys think I should take a pregnancy test ? What should I do ?
