found my man talking to a girl he used to have a thing with. The ones from a month ago are him sending winky faces & saying he wants to see her. And the ones today we’re just friendly talk. (We’ve been together since January of last year)

Idk what to think or do, I’m just shook and hurt as fuck.

he told me he loved me and that he’ll never do it again & that he didn’t mean anything by it, but that if I did it he would dump me?? Ugh I just don’t feel like I’m enough for him.

What do I do? 😢
