VCF’s & foreplay after insertion?

I am thinking about getting off of the pill and start using VCF’s. I’ve been looking online as to how they are used and I am wondering about if foreplay after insertion is still ok or does this make the film less effective? I know there is a little time frame(15 minutes or so) that they say not to have sex after insertion but I want to make this isn’t something where you get all hot and bothered 🤣 and then have to insert and you and your partner sit there looking at each other for the 15 minutes because doing anything in those 15 minutes could ruin the film or make it less effective. 🤣🤣 has anyone found anything that they have done that made these less effective?
