Why do I do this to myself?? Test help!

So I’m 8dpo today and I did a test first thing- stupid 🤦🏼‍♀️ because of course it was bfn and it was a 25miu test so fairly high,

Has anyone taken regular tests and then ended with a BFP?? I’m really concerned as we did the every other day method and preseed and I just have in back of mind we can’t get pregnant,

I have no symptoms except from today a stretching/stitch sensations on right side, cm is just lots of creamy which I feel is normal for me.... due AF 27th
