Late period?

Ok so I’m late...but I’m 1-2 days late. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. The one that tells you “6 days sooner before your missed period” ok so I know 1-2 days is no big deal but I’m SO REGULAR like I haven’t been a day late in months. Advice?

I'm not a professional by any means but I have been in the same situation before.  I get my period on the same day  every month.  Last year I was like 2 days late started freaking out took exact same test which was also negative. External factors in your daily life / routine will affect or delay your cycle..   so my question is 1. Do you work around many women daily? Has your diet recently changed? Are you under a lot of stress?  All of these thongs can affect the timing or length of your cycle.

Answer

Could be affected by mood swings, stress, change of diet, change of exercise routine. These things often could make it irregular.
