It could be from ovulation, it could be implantation, it could also be that your cervix is irritated from either sex or because you were poking at it with your finger.

That can be alot of things if your last period was may 30th tho and ur almost due for your period again I can say I wouldn't be shocked if it was implantation. I am not a medical professional however and u can also spot when you are ovulating or about to start your period but either way good luck
