What should I do next?

So basically, I’m on a pill called Rigevidon. It’s a 21 day pill, but I want to try something different like a 28 day pill. My periods haven’t even been helped that much by it, but the contraception still works and I have a doctors appointment coming up really soon. However I’m terrified of the doctors so it’s a big thing for me to go to them 😅😅

Before I go to them though, do any of you have any contraception pill (which also work for bad periods) suggestions??

It really would be much appreciated as I really am shitting myself about going 😂😂
