25 days late

It looked like my period was going to start twice. I had a little spotting and period symptoms but both times it never came. I’ve been testing negative the entire time. I had an ultrasound today and naturally the monitor was positioned away from me. I have to wait until Monday for results D: I was handling it okay until the ultrasound tech and the student said a surprised “oh” while they were doing the ultrasound. Now, I’m nervous as hell. What if it’s bad news? I’m not sure what could be unexpected in an US that could be good news other than a baby. Fingers crossed I don’t get bad news on Monday :(
