Chemical

Just need to vent.....have been trying for months and finally switched to iui. This was “lucky” iui cycle number 3. Was thrilled to get my first ever bfp at 12dpo... was a bit worried the next day when the line wasn’t darker (fooled myself into thinking it must be because I drank a lot before bed). Same thing next day and then almost negative yesterday. Went to the dr when af was late and he did a repeat beta and it had dropped to 2.... chemical.... so sad..... he says we can try again this month. Any advice on how to deal?
