Soooo, I had a... rather graphic sex dream about my husbands best friend last night. (I did watch Zipper (on Netflix) before going to sleep, so that might have caused the dream) 
Is that something you tell your husband about?
Edit: it caught me by surprise because in 4 years of marriage (8 together) this was a first....

Noo! If I was in your situation I know it would make my husband uncomfortable. And if your guy is as close to his best friend and mine is to his... I would be wondering all the time if he might have mentioned it to him... only to make things more awkward whenever the bestie is around.
