Ovulation confusion post mc

I realise these aren’t positive OPK’s.... but I don’t understand them. I’ve taken loads recently which range from nearly ovulating to absolutely not within the space of a few hours. What’s going on with my body? My HCG levels are 0- so I know my body knows its not prego
