it’s cramps not sickness

i’m on a road trip and i have cramps. my mom asked if i want anything from a gas station and she asked if i want something. i told her gummy candy, and she said no since i’m not feeling well. THATS SO DUMB!! i told her i have cramps earlier, so it’s not like she thinks i have a stomach ache!! ITS ONLY CRAMPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is this actually as dumb as i think it is or am i being ridiculous??
