Anyone had bleeding with a positive opk after a miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage at 4 weeks in early February. The beginning of this month I finally got my period and it was longer than normal but seemed to be okay. I stopped bleeding and started testing. So now today, a week after I stopped bleeding, I got a positive opk. The thing is though... I’m having red spotting but it’s like mixed with clear CM. I’m so confused. Anyone have any ideas? Im scared it could be a complication of having had a miscarriage. I’m honestly about to cry :(
