I don’t think he’s attracted to me anymore 😔

So my boyfriend and I have always been extremely sexual with each other, basically from the moment we met. He’s the type of guy who lasts a while with sex and doesn’t cum right away but there are times where he does cum fast. Lately he hasn’t been cuming like at all. No matter what I do, or how hard I try and get into oral sex or just sex in general. He just isn’t cuming and I have no clue why. I’m still doing the things that I always have done that would make him go crazy. He’s only 21 so I don’t think he’s losing him sex drive. It’s been making me feel really bad about myself lately because I know the past 3 years I’ve been with him I have let myself go so I know I don’t look as good as good as I did when we first started dating. But last night I got drunk and he wanted head so I started to give him head but then I got tired so I stopped And he got upset so I told him he’s been taking forever lately and I’m just too tired tonight so he made the comment “just so you know it’s not my fault I’m not cuming, it’s you.” I immediately started crying and cried myself to sleep. I wasn’t trying to be a bitch I was just telling him he’s been taking a lot longer than usual and then he said that. Like wtf do I do if he says he loves me but isn’t sexually attracted to me anymore 😔😢
