Two periods in one month?? (TTCING 3years🌈👶🏻)

I had my period on March 9th and I’m supposed to be in my fertile window March 23rd so me and my husband had sex and afterwards I started hurting in my lower abdomen and the next day I had brown spotting and yesterday I had more brown spotting and today it’s like I’m on my period but I’m not bleeding a lot like I do when I’m on my period but I don’t feel like I’m on my period just my lower back is uncomfortable, my mom and husband said I should call my doctor and she what she says, we decided not to take round 4 of clomid this month and I don’t know if that causes this or not?
