TMI but need advice ☺️

So I’m 2 days late. And I took a pregnancy test today. And it was a negative 👎🏻 so I was like ugh it’s okay af might be on her way ( I have no symptoms) so my hubby and I had sex and it was way to rough 🤭 and after that I wasn’t bleeding but I had to get toilet paper and go inside to see if I was bleeding well i was but not normal blood it was this very light pink I wasn’t spotting enough to get it on my underwear but I was checking every hour and same thing only a little on the toilet paper but I had to reach up there. I recently check and there is no blood. I am cramping but every time I do I know it’s gas. Any advice? Or what you guys think I should do ?

Ps: when af starts I get this brown blood first and then bright red .
