I mean I don't feel fat or ugly but my ex keeps telling me o am and that I'll never find anyone that would wanna be with me

the best advice I can give you is to not let a man's words of criticism dictate how you feel about yourself. take it with a grain of salt and move on. if he's calling you these things, it's a personal problem on his end and nothing to do with you. you're beautiful, don't think otherwise because of him.

That's a tactic to try to fill your head with crap to keep you from trying to move on. If he can make you feel insecure you will likely have a hard time moving on with anyone else. Work on you for YOU. No one else. If you're happy with yourself then that is what matters.

thank you ladies that commented I really appreciate all your kind words ....i have 4 babies and 1 of my babies are his kids but she is in heaven as to I miscarried her because all the stress I mean yeah I do wanna lose weight but haven't really put in any effort to losing weight nor do I know where to start because walking sure doesn't help I walk everywhere pretty much I weigh 289 pounds but I feel good about myself
