Vaginal Pressure 3 weeks 6 days

I got a positive FRER last week at 10dpo and my lines have progressed nicely so far. It’s been 8 years since I’ve had a full term pregnancy, I had two losses in November and December last year so I am very, very anxious and nervous.

I have all the normal early pregnancy symptoms but one I don’t remember having with my last baby was vaginal pressure. I experienced that when I was in my 8th and 9th month. I have no pain just pressure, very close to what it feels like the last trimester. AF would be due today and I’m so scared to even go to the bathroom and see blood. Looking for anyone who may have experienced this pressure before.
