eBay HELP!!!

Hi everyone. So I'm new to selling items on eBay but money has gotten tight recently so I've decided to get rid of some designer bags. I posted 3 on eBay today and they keep taking one of them down! They're saying it's a trademark violation and an unauthorized item. I can't really figure out what that means other than someone reported the item saying it's a fake? Is that what that means? I reposted a second time with new pictures and a more detailed description and it was taken down again. Any tips? It's a very real, never been used Louis Vuitton bag that I believed is out of production. My mom gave it to me as a gift a while back but I didn't like it so I never used it. Help!
