Sciatic nerve pain
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to relieve sciatic nerve pain? I’m a little over 37 weeks and it came out of nowhere after cleaning my house on Saturday. I’m visiting a chiropractor tomorrow and I’m hoping they can help but if anyone has any suggestions in the meantime, I would appreciate it! I can barely walk!
