My breastpump shredded my nipples😭

I have been breastfeeding for over a year and pump for when I go to work. I always have my pump on full speed, but last night it practically tore my nipples up. It rubbed them raw to where skin is missing in some places. It feels like a chemical burn when I pump or nurse. I barely nursed my son last night and today. He is so dependent on nursing I’m not sure how I’m gonna wean him so it is really hard for him not nursing. Any helpful hits on how to heal faster? I am pumping rn and have it on the lowest possible setting and am barely getting anything. I HAVE to have the full speed to pump my normal 10-14 oz
