Lds and masterbation

Hey guys I'm lds and I've always been taught that I'm not allowed to masterbate without my spouse. But I'm 14 and I don't think I can hold it in for long 😂 I have talked to my bishop and he recommended talking to him when I start to feel the need to do that but I'm way to scared and uncomfortable to talk to anyone about it. I'm really tempted to masterbate but I don't wanna go to hell. Please any thoughts or comments or anything will help.
