This month was my second cycle of Femara/Letrozole (2.5mg). Last month I had a perfectly normal 30 day cycle. This month I had ewcm on the 9th, had no pms symptoms at all and was supposed to get my period a week ago. I’ve talked two at home pregnancy tests and both were bfn. Still no symptoms or signs of Af. Confirmed that I did ovulate last cycle. Anyone else experience something similar? I’m super confused and don’t know what to think! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year and I feel like we’re about to have to start right back at square one!
