Cyst vs ectopic

Can a cyst cause similar pain than a ectopic ?

I’m 5weeks pregnant and I have pain on my right side not to bad but sometimes I feel it last longer than other times I was told I had a cyst 2.3 on my right ovary but I’m thinking it’s ectopic ? I have no bleeding, no cramps boobs are sore and I am constipated have a smaller cyst on my left side and I also have some pain on that side but that’s pretty much it no pain anywhere else anyone have any idea ?
