Pregnant [right] after Miscarriage

I haven’t posted on here, but I was hoping to get some advice or to hear some other stories of women to have been in similar situations. I found out I was pregnant on 2/12/18. This was our first pregnancy, we have been together for 10 years and married for 5 years; we wereboth soooo excited to become parents. Sadly, we had a miscarriage on 2/28/18. I was technically 7 weeks but my levels indicated that I was closer to 4 weeks. I had a natural miscarriage and only bled moderately for a few days. I continued to get my levels checked until they were down to a 7. Fast forward to 3/15/18, my husband and I had sex that morning without using any form of protection. When I came home later that day I noticed I had heavy CM, like I do when I ovulate. I didn’t really have an idea of when I would ovulate or get period again following my mc. I took a couple tests yesterday and today and this is what I got. Has anyone got pregnant right away following a mc? Were there any complications? I am going to continue to test to see if the line gets darker and then contact my doctor, but I am really nervous.

*I just used 3/16 as my ovulation date.
