Blood clotting disorder possibly

I’m not sure really where to post this but has anyone been tested for Antiphospholipid syndrome? From what I’ve heard it’s basically a blood clotting disorder that results in preterm labour when pregnant or recurrent miscarriages. Doctors want to check to see if I possibly have this which is resulting in the loss of my angel babies. If you have been diagnosed with this have you gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? What treatment were you given after being diagnosed? I’m so desperate to bring a living child home from the hospital but so scared it will never happen 😔
