Pregnant after birth 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️??????

Ok I know I’m now one of these “did I get pregnant by pre-cum” girls but I’m here and I need advice if I like it or not 🤦🏽‍♀️

Please no judgment trust me I KNOW we were stupid and immature but at 4weeks postpartum we had “sex” but he didn’t “cum” inside me but had A lot of Precum like a lot lol anyways I’m now 7 weeks postpartum and having surgery at almost 9 weeks postpartum, if took a pregnancy test would it show up positive by left over hormones or would a positive test mean I’m pregnant?
