I need help!!!

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 5 months (almost 6). Aunt Flow is usually right on time, maybe one day late. But even being late is rare. I'm currently 5 days past my expected period date with no signs of Aunt Flow. I have wishful thinking but every time I take a pregnancy test it's negative. Has anyone else had this problem? Could I still be pregnant? If so, how can I know for sure??
