Do you know how to reduce your phone usage?

Can you please comment on how you reduce phone usage or if you don't umm you can learn from the people who comment they do

Make sure to go into your settings where the battery usage is and it should show you what apps are using up the most battery because if they are using your battery they are probably always using your data, depending on your phone you should be able to stop any background processes that are running, like apps, never bother main system items. Also you can go to settings, then applications, click on application, if it is running and you don't want it to then force stop, and if it's something never used then disable or uninstall, (it won't allow you to if it's something required for phone to work). After that is done  make sure your WiFi is set to always use WiFi when available.  From that point on after you finish using an app (i.e. a game or facebook)  make sure to close app completely then go to system, application, that app, and force stop. That is how my huband, computer guy, and I keep our phones from battery drains (lasting a day or more) and keeps them from running slow. Make sure to keep only 5 internet windows open at a time or fewer. I have actually saved windows to page as shortcut and made folders on certain subjects so that I can quickly find something again if needed. Male sure you occasionally backup you phone just like you would a computer. Just like computers your phone is also one just portable.. I hope this helps.

Are you talking about data usage? I typically have mine in WiFi. I turn cellular off when I am at home or at work. I only have cellular on when I am out of the house and need the internet for something like using my gps or looking something up on google. If you have an iPhone you can even specify which apps are allowed to use up your data when cellular is on. I typically limit the Google Play Store on cellular so I don’t get tempted to download apps while I’m out and about. On Cellular, I also limit Gaming apps and pretty much anything that takes up a lot of data as well as apps that I don’t use much and I’d be pretty annoyed if they waisted my data usage by running in the background. I make sure GPS is accessible as well as any other apps I need to use often when I’m out and about like Internet, Email, and Mercari (I sell via Mercari so I need to have it open and available when I go to the post office to confirm shipments). 
I’ve managed to share a 2GB family plan using this method ;)
