Coming out advise

Hello y’all my name is D’Auntrenae and I need advise!!!! So I was at the park with one of my friends and my mother saw her at the park and she was like “you like that girl or something bc I see y’all was at the park?” And then I said “nooo that girl like dick.” But in all reality I do have feelings for the girl but I’m afraid to tell her. Then her next question was “do you like boys and tell the truth?” And I just changed the subject bc I’m scared to come out it’s not that I don’t want to I really want to but i just don’t know how to say ot to her bc I don’t like telling my mother anything face to face can someone give me advice plz on how to deal wit this situation of coming out?????🌈👀
